Cancellations and Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you’re welcome to send a substitute. Or, if you cancel in writing 10 business days prior to the conference, you can get a full refund. After that date, there is a $300 cancellation fee, provided we receive the written cancellation before the seminar. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full seminar fee.
