Cancellations and Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. Otherwise, you can cancel in writing by September 17th to get a full refund. After that time, there is a $100 cancellation fee, provided we receive written cancellation before the seminar. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full fee.

Photographic Consent
Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee's image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
