Gary PapayGary Papay is a Professional Intermediary and Business Appraiser with over 32 years’ experience in the sale and transfer of petroleum and propane related mid-market companies. He has attained the professional designations of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) with the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the M&A Source, the world’s largest international organization of experienced, dedicated Merger and Acquisition Intermediaries representing the middle market. Gary is also a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser/Broker (CMEA) with the National Equipment & Business Brokers Institute (NEBB). In addition to being a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA) and a number of state and regional petroleum and propane associations, Gary has been designated an Industry Expert by Business Brokerage Press. A graduate of Albright College, Gary is an active member of the M&A Source, serving as Chairperson of the Credentialing Committee. He also serves on a number of boards, and is chairperson of the Church of the Resurrection Planning Committee and the Wolf Township Planning Commission.

Kirk WrightKirk Wright is president and founder of Pro Image Communications. Kirk has insights gained from more than 26 years at one of the nation’s premier oil heat, propane and HVAC companies. There, as a regional general manager, his responsibilities included profit and growth planning, sales and marketing coordination, customer service delivery, operations and pricing, and regional and corporate management. Through the years, Kirk advanced along a path that included operational management of individual locations in four states. He was Director of Service, Training and Safety for the entire corporation and directed its entire propane business as well. He introduced flat-rate pricing for HVAC service to his region and his approach was subsequently expanded to the entire company. He reengineered the company’s approach to HVAC equipment sales, which helped fuel a 20% growth rate each year, and introduced a new approach for selling heating oil and propane as well.

Rich CordiscoRich Cordisco represents Pro Image Communications as a sales consultant, serving energy company clients with unique marketing, sales, training and consulting programs that maximize profitability and customer base growth. Over his 20 years' experience, Rich has held positions as regional sales manager and market manager, with direct responsibility for residential and commercial sales marketing leadership, program implementation, business and product development, and financial and operational management. He developed sales strategies that capitalize on market conditions and competitor trends to increase profits and sales growth. He created and managed training programs for sales people, customer service representatives, technicians, drivers and assisted managers with coordination and implementation of growth objectives and goals.

John GretzingerJohn Gretzinger is currently an Energy Risk Manager at INTL-FCStone. He currently works with large traders, institutional hedgers, major oil companies, retailers and suppliers. John designs and implements hedging and risk management programs for clients through the use of physical trading, futures, options and OTC derivatives. He has an extensive background in financial derivatives and implementation or risk-specific strategies for clients to capture additional margins and growth opportunities within the energy space. John began his career at Farmers Commodity Corporation (FCC) in 1998 as an OTC broker. In 2002, he was instrumental in helping develop the internal OTC trading desk. The following year his focus shifted to commercial business and full service risk management programs for the FCStone client base. John is frequently quoted in OPIS, Bloomberg and Reuters. He was raised in the heart of the commodity business, learning pricing operations from his family grain business. He received a bachelor of science in economics before beginning his career at FCC.
