Booking Your Hotel Room 
OPIS, a Dow Jones Company has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at the 1st Annual Canadian Carbon & Biofuels Forum at the DOUGLAS, Autograph Collection, adjacent to the event Conference Center, at a rate of C$419.00 (CAD) per night for single/double occupancy. Rooms are available at this rate for the period covering Monday, May 19 – Wednesday, May 21, 2025, but must be reserved by Friday, May 9, 2025 in order to receive this discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book early as this block of rooms is expected to sell out quickly.
Rooms inside the 1st Annual Canadian Carbon & Biofuels Forum room block are reserved for registered Forum participants only and details on how to book rooms inside this block will be provided in the confirmation email received by all participants after completing their registration.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions including cancellation and changes to room type/dates once reserved.
Substitutions/Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 24 hours of the event start date (by May 19, 2025) via email to registrar@opisnet.com.
If you are unable to send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit in the amount of your registration fee paid to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from May 20, 2025). Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued – substitutions or credit against a future conference only if you are unable to attend/participate.
