The American Coal Council and McCloskey by OPIS have reserved a block of rooms for attendees at the Miami Coal Forum at a special rate of $419.00 per night (single/double) at the host hotel. Rooms are available at this rate for the period covering Monday, February 10, 2025 through Friday, February 14, 2025 but must be reserved by Monday, January 20, 2025 in order to receive this discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book early as this block of rooms is expected to sell out quickly.
Rooms inside the Miami Coal Forum room block are reserved for registered Forum participants only and details on how to book rooms inside this block will be provided in the confirmation email received by all participants after completing their registration.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions including cancellation and changes to room type/dates once reserved.
Payment
Payment for the event is due and payable prior to the start of the event. If you have requested to be invoiced, please ensure that your payment is received before February 4, 2025. There will be no admittance to the event without full payment of registration fees.
Substitutions/Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the Forum start date via email to registrar@opisnet.com.
If you are unable to send a substitute, the event organizers will provide a credit in the amount of your registration fee paid to be used against the 2026 Miami Coal Forum (dates TBA). Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued – substitutions or credit only if you are unable to attend/participate.
Photographic Consent
Attendance at the Miami Coal Forum constitutes an agreement by the registrant for the event organizers to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
