Participation in any IHS Markit conference or event is subject to the IHS Markit Code of Conduct.
Cancellations/Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel in writing by March 12, 2020 by emailing registrar@opisnet.com. After that time, there is a $450 cancellation fee, provided we receive written cancellation before the start of the event. Registrants who do not cancel in writing or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
In accordance with OPIS’s hotel registration policy, if you cancel your summit registration, you must also cancel your hotel room reservations. OPIS will closely monitor the summit attendee list alongside the hotel guest list and will notify you if your room reservation is not canceled.
Photographic Consent
Attendance at an Axxis Software meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for Axxis Software to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
