Evelyn Loya is a dedicated policy analyst and researcher with a strong passion for energy and the environment, specializing in navigating regulations and legislation within the energy sector. Prior to her role as a Regulatory Case Manager for SoCalGas, she served as a government affairs analyst for the Long Beach City Manager’s Office, where she monitored and analyzed legislative initiatives impacting the city and its constituents. Evelyn holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Geography/Environmental Studies from the University of California Los Angeles.
