Reservations made after August 21, 2018 are on a space-available basis only, and the discounted room rate cannot be guaranteed. Any reservation not guaranteed with a credit card will not be held after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel in writing by September 5, 2018 by emailing registrar@opisnet.com. After that time, there is a $450 cancellation fee, provided we receive written cancellation before the start of the event. Registrants who do not cancel in writing or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
