You must be registered and paid-in-full for the gala dinner and the golf outing in order to participate in either. If you have not registered for one of the events and would like to add this to your registration, please call our conference department at 888-301-2645.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. Otherwise, you must cancel in writing by May 9, 2018, to get a full refund. After that time, you forfeit your full ticket price.
If you are unable to participate in the Golf Outing, you are welcome to send a substitute. All Golf Outing substitution requests must be emailed to registrar@opisnet.com by May 9, 2018. Golf Outing cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Email your Golf Outing cancellation request to the conference department at registrar@opisnet.com. Golf Outing cancellations received by May 9, 2018 are eligible for a full refund. Golf Outing cancellations made after May 9, 2018, are subject to a $90 cancellation fee, provided we receive a written cancellation request.
Registrants who do not cancel prior to the deadlines listed above or do not attend are accountable for any and all registration fees.
