NOTE: Only credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) payments will be accepted from March 3, 2020.
All fees are in U.S. dollars. Tax is not included in your registration fee. It is your responsibility to pay local taxes and fees separately if required by law. Fees exclude accommodation, meals and leisure facilities at the hotel. Delegates will be responsible for their own costs relating to room service, spa treatments, bar and mini bar.
Additional exclusive discounts might be offered to eligible prospective delegates by authorized organizations. These discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, including any early bird rates, and are only applicable to new registrations. If you are eligible for a discount, you will receive that information directly from the authorized organization. Discounts must be applied at the time of registration. Refunds will not be issued for discounted amounts.

*Call-in reservations will not be accepted. The discounted rate will not be honored unless you are registered for the conference. Rate does not include resort fee or taxes.
You need to reserve your hotel room by the reservation cut-off date mentioned above to secure the discounted rate. Only a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the discounted rate, so make your reservation soon. After the above cut-off date, reservations will be taken on a space available basis only. Be sure to identify yourself as an IHS Markit Coal Conference of the Americas delegate to receive the discounted room rate.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend, event seats may be transferred to a substitute colleague within Client’s organization, provided that IHS Markit is notified of, and approves in writing, the substitution forty eight (48) hours prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, the delegate can cancel in writing by emailing coal.events@ihsmarkit.com by February 14, 2020, to get a full refund. After February 14, 2020, there is a $450 cancellation fee, provided IHS Markit receives written cancellation before the event. Delegates who cancel after materials have been distributed, do not cancel in writing, or do not attend are liable for the full fee.
