South Africa is proving to be an interesting and diverse market for coal. Currently the industry is facing a future of continued high coal prices and limited high-quality coal, opening up unprecedented opportunities for major producers and junior miners to expand, develop, and profit.
For 15 consecutive years we’ve produced the most relied upon educational and networking event for the Southern African coal market. Here are some of the highlights from our 2019 conference:
“Great combination of speakers and panels and Q&A”
“Only IHS Markit has the ability to bring key stakeholders all under 1 roof”
“Great opportunity to meet with relevant industry players in South African coal”
“Attending this conference was worthwhile, it was interactive, insightful, provided great networking platform and insight into market outlook”
For the 15th consecutive year, the Southern African Coal Conference, an IHS Markit event, will be held in Cape Town, South Africa. Acknowledged as the foremost professional and business development event for the African and Asia Pacific coal export markets, this year’s event features a full program of informed discussion and debate centering around the industry’s most impactful topics, coupled with several opportunities for interaction and relationship building with your current and future customers.
Interested consultants, service/equipment suppliers and producers have an opportunity to make their brand and message stand out from the crowd by increasing their visibility and profile with a sponsorship of one of a carefully selected group of business development vehicles at the Conference.
