Cancellations/Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel in writing by July 2, 2019 by emailing registrar@opisnet.com. Conference cancellations received after July 2, 2019 are not eligible for a refund. Registrants who do not cancel in writing or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
Photographic Consent
Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
Translation Services
Translation services will be available onsite at no additional cost. Attendees will be able to listen to live Spanish translation of the English presentations via a headset (provided by OPIS), as well as English translations of any Spanish presentations. Please bring headphones if you would prefer to use your own pair. We will provide copies of all speaker presentations in both English and Spanish to attendees following the event.
