Booking Your Hotel Room
OPIS has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at the 13th Annual LCFS & Carbon Markets Workshop at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego at a special rate of $280.00 per night (single/double). Rooms are available at this rate for the period covering January 11, 2025, through January 18, 2025 but must be reserved by December 16, 2024 in order to receive this discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book early as this block of rooms is expected to sell out quickly.
To reserve a room at the hotel, please use either the link provided in your registration confirmation email or call the Hard Rock Hotel reservations line directly at (877) 344-7625 directly and reference the group/discount code provided in your confirmation.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions.
Substitutions/Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date (by January 12, 2025) via email to registrar@opisnet.com.
If you are unable to send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit in the amount of your registration fee paid to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from January 14, 2025). Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued – substitutions or credit against a future conference only if you are unable to attend/participate.
