Booking Your Hotel Room:
OPIS has secured a block of rooms for attendees at the 10th Annual LCFS & Carbon Markets Workshop at the Intercontinental San Francisco at a special rate of $179.00 per night (single/double).

Attendees should call the hotel’s global reservations line at 866-781-2364 by November 9, 2021 to take advantage of the discounted room rate. Be sure to identify yourself as an OPIS LCFS & Carbon Markets Workshop attendee to receive the discounted room rate. Reservations made after this date are on a space-available basis only, and the discounted room rate cannot be guaranteed. Any reservation not guaranteed with a credit card will not be held after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.

COVID-19 Protocols:
The safety and well-being of all those participating in the 10th Annual LCFS & Carbon Markets Workshop is of paramount importance to OPIS. In addition to following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and all national, state, and local guidelines — OPIS requires one of the following in order to participate in the Workshop:

  1. Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. Proof can be your physical vaccine card, or a photo of your vaccine card shown on a mobile device or
  2. Proof of a medically administered, laboratory-based negative test result from a test taken on or after November 28, 2021 (within 72 hours of the start of the event).

Participants in the 10th Annual LCFS & Carbon Markets Workshop will be asked to provide one of the above at registration, along with a matching photo ID, to receive their name badge. An electronic copy or picture on a cellular device of either the vaccination card or negative test is 100% acceptable instead of a hard copy. Substitutions/Cancellations:
Substitutions are welcome at any time, however to cancel your registration and receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel by November 15, 2021 by email to registrar@opisnet.com, or by phone at 301-284-2000. After November 15, 2021 you are welcome to send a substitution from your company or receive a credit of the amount paid against a future OPIS event to be used within the next 12 months.
