McCloskey has secured a block of rooms for the Steel & Ferroalloys Conference participants at the Westin Cape Town at a special rate of 4,400 ZAR per night (single or double). Rooms are available at this rate from 25 January, 2025 through 01 February, 2025 but must be reserved by 6 January, 2025 in order to receive this discounted rate.
Attendees are encouraged to book early as this block of rooms is expected to sell out quickly. Once registered for the event, attendees will receive complete instructions on how to book their rooms at the host hotel. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions.
Please note that only registered attendees at the McCloskey Steel and Ferroalloys Conference may book rooms inside the block.
Payment
Payment for the event is due and payable prior to the start of the event. If you have requested to be invoiced, please ensure that your payment is received before 17 January, 2025. There will be no admittance to the event without full payment of registration fees.
Substitutions/Cancellations
Once registered, attendees are responsible for paying all fees, and no refunds will be issued. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date via email to coal.events@opisnet.com. If you cannot send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit for your paid registration fee to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from 29 January, 2025). Substitutions or credit against a future conference are only if you cannot attend/participate. Photographic Consent
Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
