Room reservation must be made by the reservation cut-off date mentioned above to secure the discounted rate. Only a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the discounted rate, so make your reservation soon; after the cut-off date reservations will be taken on a space available basis only.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel in writing by September 24, 2019 by emailing registrar@opisnet.com. After that time, there is a $450 cancellation fee, provided we receive written cancellation before the start of the event. Registrants who do not cancel in writing or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
