The cut-off date to reserve hotel rooms at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel at the group rate for RFS Forum participants was August 24, 2023, and the discounted room rate can no longer be guaranteed.
To reserve a room at the hotel, please call (312) 638-6686 directly. Identify yourself as an OPIS RFS, RINs & Biofuels Forum participant as the hotel may elect to offer the discounted group rate on a space-available basis, however OPIS can no longer guarantee any specific rate at the hotel.
Any reservation not guaranteed with a credit card will not be held after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date via email to registrar@opisnet.com.
If you are unable to send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit in the amount of your registration fee paid to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from September 27, 2023). Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued – substitutions or credit against a future conference only if you are unable to attend/participate.
