Cancellations/Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel in writing by October 31, 2019 by emailing registrar@opisnet.com. After that time, there is a $450 cancellation fee, provided we receive written cancellation before the start of the event. Registrants who do not cancel in writing or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
Photographic Consent
Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
