Dress for the conference is business casual. Because the room temperatures may fluctuate, we suggest you bring a sweater or jacket to the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel in writing by September 17, 2018 by emailing registrar@opisnet.com. After that time, there is a $450 cancellation fee, provided we receive written cancellation before the conference. Registrants who do not cancel in writing, or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
