Booking Your Hotel Room
As of 8/28/2024, the room block at the Radisson Blu Chicago for the 16th Annual RFS, RINs & Biofuels Forum is 100% sold out.  If you are planning on attending RFS 2024 and have not secured a hotel reservation, a list of nearby properties that have availability during the nights of the Forum can be found HERE. This list was compiled by our trusted partner, aRES Travel but is provided for information only as we do not have a room block at any of these properties.

aRes Travel is a third-party travel planner and OPIS is providing this information simply to assist in the search for suitable overflow hotels in reasonable proximity to the host venue. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. Questions on hotel policies or payments made on the aRes website should be directed to the aRes Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.

Substitutions/Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date (by COB on September 20, 2024) via email to registrar@opisnet.com.

If you are unable to send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit in the amount of your registration fee paid to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from September 25, 2024). Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued – substitutions or credit against a future conference only if you are unable to attend/participate.
