Attendees should call the hotel at 800-628-2112 by September 4, 2018 to take advantage of the discounted room rate. Be sure to identify yourself as an OPIS RFS2, RINs & Biodiesel Forum attendee to receive the discounted room rate. Reservations made after this date are on a space-available basis only, and the discounted room rate cannot be guaranteed. Any reservation not guaranteed with a credit card will not be held after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel in writing by September 17, 2018 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. After that time, there is a $450 cancellation fee, provided we receive written cancellation before the conference. Registrants who do not cancel in writing, or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
We are so confident in our content and instructors that we guarantee you’ll walk away with ideas you can put to use immediately. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you must notify an on-site staff member in order to get a refund of your registration fees. Notification given on day 1 of the event will receive a 75% refund and day 2 will receive a 50% refund. After the event, notification must be received in writing within 7 days to receive a 25% refund.
Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
