You need to reserve your hotel room by the reservation cut-off date mentioned above to secure the discounted rate. Only a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the discounted rate, so make your reservation soon. After April 20, 2018, reservations will be taken on a space available basis only.

Special Event information:
You must be registered and paid-in-full for both the conference and your selected special events in order to participate in either. If you have not registered for one of the special events and would like to add this to your registration, please call our conference department at 888-301-2645.

Satisfaction Guarantee Terms
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you must notify an on-site staff member in order to get a refund of your registration fees. Notification given on day 1 of the event will receive a 75% refund and day 2 will receive a 50% refund. After the event, notification must be received within 7 days to receive a 25% refund.
Conference Cancellations & Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. Substitution/cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Email your substitution/cancellation request to the conference department at registrar@opisnet.com. Cancellations received by April 13, 2018 are eligible for a full refund. Summit cancellations received after April 13, are subject to a $450 cancellation fee provided we receive a written cancellation prior the conference date.
Golf Outing Cancellations & Substitutions
If you are unable to participate in the Golf Outing, you are welcome to send a substitute. All Golf Outing substitution requests must be emailed to registrar@opisnet.com by April 27, 2018. Golf Tournament cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Email your Golf Outing cancellation request to the conference department at registrar@opisnet.com. Golf Outing cancellations received by April 27, 2018 are eligible for a full refund. Golf Outing cancellations made after April 27, are subject to a $90 cancellation fee, provided we receive a written cancellation request.
Wine and Olive Oil Tasting Cancellations & Substitutions
If you are unable to participate in the Tasting, you are welcome to send a substitute. All Tasting substitution requests must be emailed to registrar@opisnet.com by April 27, 2018. Tasting cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Email your Tasting cancellation request to the conference department at registrar@opisnet.com. Tasting cancellations received by April 27, 2018 are eligible for a full refund. Tasting cancellations made after April 27, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, provided we receive a written cancellation request.
Registrants who do not cancel prior to the deadlines listed above or do not attend are accountable for any and all registration fees.
Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
