McCloskey by OPIS has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at the Coal Conference of the Americas at a special rate of $195.00 per night (single/double) at the host hotel. Rooms are available at this rate for the period covering Sunday, April 20, 2025 through Friday, April 25 2025 but must be reserved by Monday, April 21, 2025 in order to receive this discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book early as this block of rooms is expected to sell out quickly.
Rooms inside the Coal Conference of the Americas room block are reserved for registered conference participants only and details on how to book rooms inside this block will be provided in the confirmation email received by all participants after completing their registration.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions including cancellation and changes to room type/dates once reserved.
Payment
Payment for the event is due and payable prior to the start of the event. If you have requested to be invoiced, please ensure that your payment is received before April 22, 2025. There will be no admittance to the event without full payment of registration fees.
Substitutions/Cancellations
Once registered, attendees are responsible for paying all fees, and no refunds will be issued. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date via email to coal.events@opisnet.com. If you cannot send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit for your paid registration fee to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from April 24, 2025). Substitutions or credit against a future conference are only if you cannot attend/participate. Photographic Consent
Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
