McCloskey has secured a block of rooms for conference attendees at the host hotel, Hilton Cartagena, at a rate of $286.00 USD per night (single/double). This rate is available from April 14-21, 2024, for rooms booked before the cutoff date of April 8, 2024 (recently extended!).

Registered delegates will receive instructions on how to reserve their room at the discounted rate in their conference registration confirmation email. All rooms are subject to the hotel’s policies concerning cancellations and other terms and conditions provided.



Payment for the event is due and payable prior to the start of the event. If you have requested to be invoiced, please ensure that your payment is received before April 12, 2024. There will be no admittance to the event without full payment of registration fees.


Once registered, attendees are responsible for paying all fees, and no refunds will be issued. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date via email to If you cannot send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit for your paid registration fee to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from April 19, 2024). Substitutions or credit against a future conference are only if you cannot attend/participate. Photographic Consent

Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
