OPIS has secured a block of rooms for attendees at the 13th Annual RFS, RINs & Biofuels Forum at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park at a special rate of $299.00 per night (single/double).
Attendees should call the hotel’s global reservations line at 800-441-1414 by August 17, 2021 to take advantage of the discounted room rate. Be sure to identify yourself as an OPIS RFS, RINs & Biofuels Forum attendee to receive the discounted room rate. Reservations made after this date are on a space-available basis only, and the discounted room rate cannot be guaranteed. Any reservation not guaranteed with a credit card will not be held after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.

The safety and well-being of all those participating in the 13th Annual RFS, RINs & Biofuels Forum is of paramount importance to OPIS. In addition to following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and all national, state, and local guidelines — and after receiving feedback from attendees, speakers and sponsors of the event — OPIS has made the decision to require one of the following in order to participate in the Forum:
Participants in the 13th Annual RFS, RINs & Biofuels Forum will be asked to provide one of the above at registration, along with a matching photo ID, in order to receive their name badge. An electronic copy or picture on a cellular device of either the vaccination card or negative test is 100% acceptable instead of a hard copy. For additional information on this requirement, please contact us directly at registrar@opisnet.com.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. To cancel your registration and receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel by September 14, 2021 by email to registrar@opisnet.com, or by phone at 301-284-2000. Registrants who do not cancel in advance and/or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
