OPIS has secured a block of rooms for the OPIS Global LPG Conference attendees at the Thompson Houston, at a special rate of $279.00 per night (single) or $299 (double). Rooms are available at this rate for a 4 night period covering November 4, 2024 through November 8, 2024 but must be reserved by October 18, 2024 in order to receive this discounted rate. Attendees are encouraged to book early as this block of rooms is expected to sell out quickly.
Once registered for the event, attendees will receive complete instructions on how to book their rooms at the host hotel. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions. Please note that only registered attendees at the OPIS Global LPG Conference may book rooms inside the block.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date via email to registrar@opisnet.com.
If you are unable to send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit in the amount of your registration fee paid to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from November 5, 2024). Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued – substitutions or credit against a future conference only if you are unable to attend/participate.
