Group Registrations

*If you are registered as a spouse, your pass allows you to attend the cocktail receptions only. If you would like to attend any other Summit functions, please register as an attendee.

OPIS has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at the 15th Annual NGL Summit at a special rate of $319.00 per night (single/double) at the host hotel. Rooms are available at this rate for the period covering Saturday, March 8, 2025, through Thursday, March 13, 2025. The hotel cutoff date has been extended to Thursday, March 6, 2025, so attendees now have until this date to reserve rooms at the discounted rate. However, please note that the room block is selling out quickly, so early booking is encouraged.
Rooms within the NGL Summit room block are reserved for registered Summit participants only. Details on how to book rooms within this block will be provided in the confirmation email received by all participants after completing their registration.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and are subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions, including cancellation and changes to room type/dates once reserved.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute at any time, provided that written notice is received by OPIS within 48 hours of the event start date via email to registrar@opisnet.com.
If you are unable to send a substitute, OPIS will provide a credit in the amount of your registration fee paid to be used against a future OPIS event within the next 12 months (from March 12, 2025). Once registered, attendees are responsible for the payment of all fees and no refunds will be issued – substitutions or credit against a future conference only if you are unable to attend/participate.
Once registered for the golf event, any/all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by February 10, 2025 – after which only substitutions will be accepted. Please e-mail your Golf Event cancellation requests to the conference department at registrar@opisnet.com – all cancellations received will be subject to a $125.00 cancellation fee.
Substitutions with no penalty/charge assessed will be accepted for players until February 24, 2025. Please send your substitution request in writing via e-mail to dcoates@opisnet.com.
Attendance at the 15th Annual OPIS NGL Summit constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
Participation at any OPIS event is subject to our Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct – a copy of which can be found HERE.
