Registration Terms


If a registered delegate is unable to attend, event seats may be transferred to a substitute colleague within Client’s organization, provided that IHS Markit is notified of, and approves in writing, the substitution forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the event. Otherwise, the delegate can cancel in writing by emailing by April 30, 2019, to get a full refund. After April 30, 2019, there is a €125 cancellation fee, provided IHS Markit receives written cancellation before the event. Delegates who cancel after materials have been distributed, do not cancel in writing, or do not attend are liable for the full fee.
