Reservations made after April 3, 2018 are on a space-available basis only, and the discounted room rate cannot be guaranteed. Any reservation not guaranteed with a credit card will not be held after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must cancel in writing by April 12, 2018 by emailing registrar@opisnet.com. After that time, there is a $450 cancellation fee, provided we receive written cancellation before the start of the event. Registrants who do not cancel in writing or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
We are so confident in our content and instructors that we guarantee you’ll walk away with ideas you can put to use immediately. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you must notify an on-site staff member in order to get a refund of your registration fees. Notification given on day 1 of the event will receive a 75% refund and day 2 will receive a 50% refund. After the event, notification must be received in writing within 7 days to receive a 25% refund.
Attendance at an OPIS meeting or other activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant for OPIS to use and distribute the attendee’s image or voice in photos or videos of such meeting or activity.
Translation services will be available onsite at no additional cost. Attendees will be able to listen to live Spanish translation of the English presentations via a headset (provided by OPIS), as well as English translations of any Spanish presentations. We will provide copies of all speaker presentations in both English and Spanish to attendees following the event.
